Going through a bulking phase and then a cutting phase is guaranteed to leave you muscled, lean and ripped!

I ended up getting the same results as going straight to top, but I think it’s great to have some form of a base for what to work on as part of your training program. If you want to continue to use my machines, you’ll need to change out the top sets, bulking then cutting.
